Position: Access Management Specialist
Are you prepared to tackle the challenges within the Access Management team? In this role, you will be responsible for the precise administration of access rights within the SailPoint application. You will receive assignments from various sources and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic direction and roadmap for the team.
- Oversee authorizations in accordance with established protocols.
- Manage authentication processes and control access to services.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support project team members in their initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Recognize potential for automation and implement necessary changes.
- Integrate applications seamlessly into the existing environment.
Candidate Profile:
Who You Are:
You will lead the team’s strategic direction through a well-defined roadmap, drive initiatives for automation, engage with user accounts, and collaborate with managers for team member verifications. Your attention to detail ensures that access rights are appropriately aligned with roles and individuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in English communication.
- In-depth knowledge of access management.
- Experience in an Agile work environment.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and inquisitive mindset.
- Alignment with the values of Triodos Bank.
