As part of our ongoing evolution towards a unified operational model, we have established a new Group Management and Impact Reporting team. This restructuring aims to refine our impact reporting processes and enhance the management reporting cycle through an integrated approach to impact, risk, and return.
Your Role in Driving Change
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Triodos Bank's mission by providing insights into financial performance and non-financial impact. Your reports will empower management to monitor and steer performance effectively, while our external impact reporting will showcase our commitment to sustainability and compliance with regulations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Enhancing data quality and process maturity, conducting thorough quality reviews, and challenging the reporting provided by various business units.
- Analyzing complex issues and large datasets to identify patterns and trends, translating these insights into clear reports and actionable recommendations.
- Interpreting regulatory guidelines and sector developments related to financial and sustainability reporting, and translating these into data requirements and definitions.
- Depending on your expertise, you may oversee carbon accounting for our loans and investments or work on optimizing cost-allocation processes.
- Contributing to the development of annual and long-term business plans during the budgeting and forecasting cycle.
- Engaging proactively with stakeholders, serving as an internal and external resource for financial and impact-related expertise.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting knowledge and relevant experience in audit, reporting, or control roles, ideally within the financial sector.
- A Master's degree with advanced analytical and reporting skills, and preferably a CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in managing large datasets, with strong skills in Excel and business analytics tools.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
