Job Description

Triodos Bank is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Policy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Reporting team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory requirements and ensure effective risk management.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on regulatory matters and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to regulatory compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in banking regulations and ensure that our policies and procedures are aligned with these changes.
  • Contribute to the development of our risk management framework and ensure that it is aligned with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance, financial accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on regulatory reporting and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, including Basel IV, CRR, and CRD VI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
