We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Management and Impact Reporting Specialist. As a key member of our Group Management and Impact Reporting team, you will play a critical role in supporting Triodos Bank's mission and strategy by reporting on our financial performance and non-financial impact.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of integrated management and impact reporting processes and systems.
- Collaborate with various departments and business units to gather data and insights for reporting purposes.
- Analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns to inform reporting and decision-making.
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and sector developments on financial and sustainability reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans in the budgeting and forecasting cycle.
- Strong accounting knowledge and relevant experience in Audit, (Sustainability) Reporting, Control or similar roles.
- Masters degree with highly developed analytical and abstract thinking and reporting skills.
- Proficient in working with large datasets and skilled in Excel and tools for business analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in the Dutch language a plus.
