Job Title: Material Management Process Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Material Management Process Coordinator to join our team at Neptune Energy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our material management processes, including problem-solving, process training, and work instruction documentation on SAP MM and WM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of material masters, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Support the Inventory Systems & Material Master Coordinator in their duties.
- Review and follow up on NCR and quarantine issues.
- Coordinate material inspections, internal stock counts, and third-party stock reviews.
HSEQ and Compliance:
- Comply with Neptune HSEQ standards, SCML HSEQ plan, and GOIMS.
- Ensure ISO compliance.
Process and Training:
- Provide SAP user support and training on logistics processes within MM and WM.
- Support in training and compilation of work instructions and daily problem resolution and instruction to material coordinators and warehouse staff.
Material Master Maintenance:
- Perform material master data activities, including creating, maintaining, or marking for deletion for current materials and services.
- Support SAP Inventory and Warehouse Management Module.
- Analyze, validate, and make necessary updates to Material and Vendor master data.
- Review and run MRP for the Logistics team.
Material Management:
- Develop monthly reports advising of activity levels and issues concerning material management.
- Coordinate material inspection, cycle counting, and third-party stock reviews.
- Participate in Materials Audits if required.
General:
- Be the primary focal point for dispatch and warehouse staff on SAP MM and WH.
- Engage with NL Business and wider Supply Chain.
- Attend Safety meetings.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote efficient operational cooperation.
Requirements:
- Considerable experience in EPR systems, software, and processes in large-scale logistics and warehouse environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Self-motivating, able to work unsupervised in a fast-moving operational environment.
- Dangerous Goods awareness.
- Awareness of Production/Drilling equipment/tools and activities.
