As a Beauty Sales Lead in our Amsterdam office, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and strategy across the Netherlands. You will lead a team of 6 field sales representatives who acquire new salon partners, focusing on identifying unique needs and developing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and empower your team to achieve top performances.
  • Develop and optimize existing sales processes to drive continuous growth.
  • Evaluate weekly and monthly goals to set new targets and motivate your team.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and provide coaching to ensure goal-oriented management and development.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership experience in a sales role, with initial experience in managing teams.
  • Goal-oriented and analytical, with a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Sales experience with a true "hunter" mentality, enjoying the fast-paced environment of field sales.
  • Familiarity with dynamic and ever-evolving environments.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written), with additional languages a bonus.
