About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our team of sales representatives in the Netherlands. As a key driver of our field sales team, you will play a pivotal role in steering growth and strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 6 field sales representatives to acquire hair and beauty salons in the Netherlands.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our venue base in your region.
  • Optimize existing processes to contribute to the development of our sales strategies and ensure continuous growth of the sales department.
  • Evaluate weekly and monthly goals to set new individual targets and motivate your field sales team to achieve top performances.
  • Conduct feedback sessions, coach, train, and provide regular feedback to your sales team.

About You:

We are looking for a goal-oriented and analytical individual with strong leadership skills and sales experience. You should be fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) and have a true "hunter" mentality, enjoying the field and thriving in a dynamic environment.
