About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Marketing Director to lead regional marketing efforts with a focus on digital strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven strategies using SEO, SEM, social media, email automation, and analytics to drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop localized marketing strategies that align with global goals while addressing region-specific needs.
  • Optimize campaign effectiveness by analyzing performance data and market insights.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing plans with a focus on digital channels, ensuring cohesive execution across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Lead the ABM strategy for the field marketing team, collaborating with sales teams to create and execute targeted ABM strategies that align with account priorities and revenue goals.
  • Create regular reporting on campaign results and lead the team in optimizing campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent messaging and results-driven tactics.
  • Use marketing analytics and market research to gain actionable insights for optimizing marketing spend, maximizing ROI, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Take ownership of the regional event strategy, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis, partnering with central events teams and sales to drive attendance, engagement, and measurable outcomes from events.
  • Collaborate with sales, central marketing, and research network teams to align messaging, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies, fostering a cross-functional approach for integrated marketing campaigns that resonate regionally.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they are proficient in digital marketing and cross-channel campaign execution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-15 years of field marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), event management, and integrated campaign management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Able to create, develop, and launch new marketing programs and initiatives with the team, bringing fresh ideas to the table and fostering innovation in campaign creation and execution.
  • A demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, business priorities, and customer needs, pivoting marketing strategies and tactics with speed and efficiency.
  • Experience leading cross-channel campaigns, seamlessly integrating efforts across digital platforms, events, email marketing, social media, and more, to deliver a cohesive and effective customer experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights for digital campaign enhancement, proficiency in using analytics tools to track KPIs, CAC, LTV, and ROI is crucial.
  • This role requires a thorough grasp of lead management processes and close collaboration with sales, marketing, and marketing operations teams, capable of training and mentoring the team in best practices and organizing field marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with the audience, working closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with sales objectives and customer engagement goals.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €120,000 per year, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension plan, Dutch Share Purchase Plan, Annual Profit Share Bonus, and flexible working hours.
