We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our sales presence and growing our client base in this strategic market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and delivering new sales agreements. Experience in the receivables finance and factoring industry is preferred, but not required. If not, we welcome candidates with experience in financial services.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to develop a sales presence in a new territory and contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will be well-supported by our marketing and pre-sales teams, and will benefit from our brand name and presence in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Generate a pipeline of new sales opportunities and initiate meetings with prospective clients to highlight the Riskfactor proposition
- Deliver presentations and lead workshops with support from pre-sales consultants
- Produce compelling proposals to outline the benefits to prospects of using Riskfactor
- Deliver against Riskfactor new business annual sales growth targets
- Ensure accurate reporting of pipeline and sales forecasts
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure the company's offerings continue to meet customer needs and market demand
- Attend international industry events and conferences to network, promote the company, and stay up to date with industry developments
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of business development/sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Proven track record in generating new business prospects, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and delivering new sales agreements
- Experience managing Exec/C-Suite level stakeholders
