Job Overview

As a key member of the European leadership team, you will collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop sales-driven strategies for the Netherlands, aligning with the company's goals for Mainland Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth-focused sales plans for the Netherlands, aiming to increase market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Establish an aggressive lead-nurturing process and effective corporate sales pipeline management to drive sales conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to enhance the go-to-market strategy, ensuring growth campaigns are tailored to the Netherlands market.
  • Identify high-potential customer segments within the Netherlands and execute targeted sales strategies to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Engage with and retain key customers, focusing on expanding revenue from existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maximize revenue potential from both new and existing partners by building robust sales frameworks.
  • Understand customer needs and work with growth teams to ensure offerings are competitive and aligned with market demands.
  • Proactively identify and manage sales risks and growth opportunities, ensuring agile adjustments to plans as needed.
