About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Netherlands. As a key driver in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for steering our sales efforts and empowering your team to achieve ambitious targets.
About Us
Treatwell is a leading online platform connecting supply and demand in the hair and beauty industry. With over 50,000 salon partners across Europe, we process over 8 million bookings per month. We believe that online bookings are inevitable, and together with our team, we aim to revolutionize the beauty industry.
Your Role
You will take charge of a team of about 6 field sales representatives who acquire new salon partnerships in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities include:
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of your team
- Growth of our venue base in the region
- Optimization of existing processes to drive sales strategies
- Evaluation of weekly and monthly goals to set new individual targets
- Goal-oriented management and development through coaching, training, and feedback

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Initial experience in a leading sales role with strong leadership skills
- Goal-oriented and analytical mindset
- Sales experience with a 'hunter' mentality
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
