Strategic Sales Leader Europe Customer Care Service

Cepheid is a leading diagnostics company that aims to improve healthcare through fast and accurate testing. As a Strategic Sales Leader for Customer Care Services in Europe, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our service portfolio.
With over 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree with 5+ years, you will lead the customer care sales team in Europe, overseeing revenue growth, service contract management, and market research. You will also be responsible for developing a dynamic pricing strategy, working closely with regional sales, service, and product leaders to define support strategies and design service portfolios.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in customer care/field service operations and experience in life science or diagnostics industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer care Europe revenues aligned with forecast and budget
- Ensure proactive execution of service contract lifecycle and billable activities management
- Gather feedback from customer-facing associates and design voice of customer (VOC) programs
- Contribute or manage key projects/Kaizen related to new services, support product launches, and contract renewals
- Develop a dynamic pricing strategy that delivers profitable growth
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience OR master's degree with 5+ years of experience
- Solid experience in managing a team and working with cross-functional teams
- Seasoned commercial leader with a strong interest in customer care/field service operations
- Experience in life science or diagnostics industry
Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and market conditions, we expect this role to offer a salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses and benefits. This estimate may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
