We are seeking a highly skilled Intraday Energy Trader to join our team at Eneco Energy Trade. As a key member of our Intraday Trading team, you will be responsible for optimizing the results of Eneco within the intraday power market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute profitable trading strategies to maximize Eneco's returns.
- Optimize the available flexible generation capacity in our portfolio to ensure efficient energy production and distribution.
- Manage imbalance exposures of our customers and renewable portfolio within the intraday market to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to grow our business and drive innovation in the energy market.
- Masters' Degree in a STEM subject, such as mathematics, physics, or engineering.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data to inform trading decisions.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Excel, and VBA, with a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Gross annual salary between €60,000 and €80,000.
- FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and depending on your role, a bonus or collective profit sharing.
