About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Designer to join our team at ACE development & engineering. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and detailing our projects, managing designers and draughtsmen, and ensuring the planning is respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and detail projects in Inventor, including setting up and developing concepts.
  • Perform and check structural calculations.
  • Manage designers and draughtsmen within the team for detailed and composition drawings.
  • Take care of project administration.
  • Ensure the progress of various sub-projects and respect the planning.
  • Advise and support clients and colleagues during every phase of the project.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Design and Production Technology.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in designing mechanical structures and machines.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Inventor or another CAD package.
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude.
  • Analytical, pragmatic, and creative.
  • A team player who can lead and follow, motivate and support.
