Restaurant Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Michelin-starred restaurant, The White Room, to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional fine dining experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of The White Room restaurant.
- Welcome and greet guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu offerings, wine pairings, and special features of the day.
- Maintain and create strong relationships with regular guests, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with tact and efficiency, striving for swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, analyze inventory, and monitor food and labor costs to optimize profitability.
- Stimulate revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling in the restaurant and through hotel resources.
- Develop and manage the beverage offering in the restaurant in collaboration with the Sommelier.
- Ensure the training and development of team members based on LQA and service standards.
- Drive innovation and implementation in partnership with the Chef de Cuisine.
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in a Michelin-starred or fine dining establishment, with experience in a hotel environment a plus.
- Deep understanding of fine dining, including beverage service, tableside preparations, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, with Dutch a plus.
