Sales Specialist for Energy Commodities

Role Overview:
As an integral part of the Business Development division, you will provide customized product solutions to clients globally. You will take charge of developing, managing, and expanding your own client portfolio, operating with an entrepreneurial spirit within ACT. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders in energy commodities and make a significant impact in a market that ACT has been instrumental in shaping.
You will receive comprehensive support from your team, collaborating to cultivate meaningful client relationships and drive revenue growth. Ideal Candidate Profile:
We seek a skilled sales professional with a background in finance, business development, or sales. You possess exceptional communication abilities and are comfortable with initiating contact with potential clients. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. When faced with challenges, you demonstrate resilience and motivation, ready to tackle obstacles and learn from setbacks.
- Proficiency in both German and English;
- A bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in Business, Economics, or Finance;
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales, Trading, Brokerage, or Business Development capacity;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Enthusiasm for cold calling and engaging with new prospects;
- A driven, curious, and ambitious attitude;
- A sense of accountability, responsibility, and a willingness to learn quickly;
- A strong desire to close deals and create value for both ACT and your clients.
