Job Summary
We are seeking a young professional with experience or affinity in environmental energy commodities and sales to join our team as a Sales Trader. As a Sales Trader, you will work with clients of various sizes in different industries, creating, managing, and growing your own portfolio of clients using strong interpersonal skills and stellar communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and pursue new business opportunities through extensive cold calling and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to close deals and leverage the company's knowledge, experience, and network
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments in environmental energy commodities
Requirements
- Native Flemish speaker
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's or Master's graduate in Environmental Studies, Business, Economics, or Finance
- 1-3 years' experience in environmental energy commodities or sales/trading/brokerage/business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to cold call and approach people
- Energetic, curious, and ambitious
- Driven to close deals and make a difference
