Salary:

The competitive salary for this role is estimated to be €5,500 - €6,500 per month, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our marketing team in Amsterdam, working hybrid remotely. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the quality, scalability, and effectiveness of our paid search channels across all seven brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current paid search activities across our brands and identify growth opportunities.
  • Set up account hygiene factors to streamline and optimize current ad accounts.
  • Create a comprehensive group paid search strategy for the next two years to drive cohesive and performance-driven campaigns.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 7 years of paid search experience, with recent hands-on experience in an international environment. You should have expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, as well as the ability to explain complex matters clearly, prioritize tasks based on impact, and make a significant impact with a 'start small, end big' mentality.
