Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our global Finance team, supporting our business across all divisions. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for administrative tasks related to tax, reporting, and legal, ensuring smooth processes within our department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage legal aspects, including legal entity management, global digital signature programs, filings, and updates with the Chamber of Commerce, and preparation of Management Representations Letters.
  • Handle tax-related documents, such as IC agreements, certificates of residence, apostilles/notarization, and certificates of payments.
  • Maintain our IT support systems, including Diligent, Docu-Sign, and Tangelo.

Requirements

  • Relevant legal educational background, preferably on a bachelor's level.
  • Experience from a similar role in a corporate and/or manufacturing company.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural organization and be curious about different cultures.
  • Self-driven and take responsibility for your own area.
  • Confident with English as the business language, both spoken and written.
