Job Summary
International Flavors & Fragrances is seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to join our team in Hilversum. As a key member of our creative center, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective emergency planning and response.
- Provide training and support to employees on EHS policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain auditing and reporting programs to ensure adherence to IFF EHS standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar EHS role.
- Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dutch language proficiency is a must.
