About the Role: As an HR Coordinator Intern, you will assist the Stellantis Netherlands HR team with various tasks, including recruiting new interns, supporting administrative recruitment processes, and maintaining personnel administration. You will also execute internal communication, develop initiatives related to Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Wellbeing, and assist the HR department with other activities and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new interns within Stellantis Netherlands
  • Support administrative recruitment processes and maintain personnel administration
  • Execute internal communication and develop initiatives related to Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, and Wellbeing
  • Harmonize internal processes to optimize efficiency
  • Assist the HR department with various other activities and projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor (HBO/WO) / Business School student in HR, Business Studies, Management, or related fields
  • Proficient/Fluent level in English (Fluent level in Dutch is a plus)
  • Communicative and socially skilled, with a hands-on mentality
  • Independent, accurate, and self-starting
