To become an ambitious leader in gas shipping service solutions, Anthony Veder requires a digital landscape that can deliver this vision. Our vessels and offices must seamlessly connect with suppliers and customers. The Digital Development team has created the Innovation Roadmap to drive this transformation. The Digital Development Managers translate this roadmap into concrete programs for successful delivery.

Your Role in Shaping the Future

This position involves translating fuzzy ideas into concrete deliverables. You will manage and update programs of projects, oversee delivery, and drive enthusiasm for change in a risk-averse industry. Your objective as Digital Development Manager is to:

  • Turn vague problems and ideas into tangible solutions that resonate with our business.">
  • Manage and update a program of projects and ensure successful delivery.">
  • Drive enthusiasm for change across all levels of the organization.">
  • Drive and guide progress on project level.">
  • Develop and initiate initiatives on a portfolio level.">
  • Balance initiative load between vision-driven and need-driven approaches.">

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • A degree in Engineering, Maritime, Product design, or a related field (higher professional education (HBO) or scientific/research education (WO, Bachelor or Master)).">
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project and program management.">
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English.">
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.">
  • The ability to balance long-term thinking with short-term actions and choices.">
