Job Title: Security Officer

Hotel Okura Amsterdam is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of guests and employees by conducting regular patrols and monitoring CCTV systems.
  • Assist guests and employees in the event of loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed.
  • Manage employees in the event of an emergency or crisis situation.
  • Draft reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and events.

Requirements:
  • A security officer certificate (ABM or MBO Beveiliger 2).
  • A first aid diploma and/or BHV certificate.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a comparable work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages.
