About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Security Officer/Beveiliger to join our team at Kimpton de Witt. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to safety and security incidents, including lost property, fire, theft, and burglary.
  • Implement and enforce safety and security procedures, providing expert advice on security risks and taking decisive action during emergencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for our guests.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of safety and security protocols, including crisis management and emergency response procedures.
  • Support the growth and development of our security team, providing guidance and training as needed.
Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant experience as a Hotel Security Officer/Beveiliger or in a related field.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Flexibility to work on public holidays and during peak periods.
  • Service-minded attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Proof of good behavior (VOG) and fluency in Dutch, with proficiency in English.
