Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping orders efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process and package orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stockroom space is utilized effectively.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the team.
• Verify and complete customer invoices accurately.
• Comply with all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

About You:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• You must be able to operate a hand truck and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse data systems is an asset.
• You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to adapt quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
