We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Business Development Representative die onze klanten kan helpen hun doelen te realiseren. Als Business Development Representative bij Cadac Group ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten in de Bouw & Infra. Je bent de schakel tussen Inside Sales en Accountmanagement en werkt samen met de interne teams om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen en projectimplementaties te ondersteunen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten in de Bouw & Infra
  • Uitdiepen van de bestaande klanten en leggen van contacten met potentiële klanten
  • Kwalificeren van leads en uitbreiden van het klantenbestand
  • Ontwikkelen van effectieve verkoopstrategieën en commerciële activiteiten
  • Ondersteuning van het sales team bij commerciële activiteiten
Requirements
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol
  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Affiniteit met software en processen binnen de Bouw & Infra
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
Wat wij bieden
  • Een fulltime baan met een salaris tussen de € 2700,- en € 3500,- bruto
  • 24 vakantiedagen + 3 carensdagen (compensatiedagen bij geen ziekteverzuim)
  • Per gewerkt kalenderjaar een extra vakantiedag (max 5)
