Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Services Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Enter quotes and orders into our SAP system
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information
- Inform customers about the status of their orders
- Handle warranty, return, and credit requests
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Take care of internal requests and other incoming inquiries
- Proactively follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
- Minimum MBO+ degree in a commercial or logistics field
- General knowledge of business and work processes, including supply chain management
- Relevant experience in a customer service or business environment is highly desirable
- Fluent Dutch language skills, both written and verbal
- Good English language skills, with additional languages a plus
- Basic computer literacy, including MS-Office
- SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
- Customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills
- Professionalism when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Strong desire to deliver results and meet deadlines
