Key Responsibilities- Process incoming orders for international brands in our enterprise resource planning system and handle the process from start to finish.
- Support the customer service team in processing new material requests and creating new customer files.
- Provide product samples and technical data sheets to clients upon request and coordinate shipments.
- Maintain master data in our enterprise resource planning system and generate sales reports.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to customer complaints.
- Interface with internal departments to obtain information about customer queries, orders, and products.
- Provide backup support to colleagues during absence, vacation, or training.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in sales, administration, languages, or a related field.
- Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work closely with colleagues and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in French or German a plus.
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems is an asset.
