About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, delivering clear and accurate communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Product/Service Guidance: Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.
  • Documentation: Log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our customer support system.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager for further assistance.
  • Customer Education: Assist customers with the proper use of products and services and educate them on self-service options.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) or willingness to learn.
    • Good time management and multitasking skills.
