We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at syncreon America Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating an efficient operation, mentoring, coaching, and leading a team of up to 25 to 35 employees.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate an efficient operation within set targets/KPIs by taking responsibility for the department needs and client requirements within a safe working environment.

* Ensure procedures and work instructions are documented and followed.

* Plan and coordinate labor in accordance with forecast and DL target.

* Monitor that daily KPIs, Quality Metrics, UKG/Kronos timecard exceptions, and productivity administration are completed accurately and on time.

* Ensure that CAPAs and 5Cs are acted upon in accordance with guidelines.

* Provide backup and support to the Manager via e.g., joining and presenting during MBR presentations, supporting client/site projects, and discussing department goals and targets.

* Monitor staff performance, including topics like UPPH monitoring, time-keeping, Quality, and Inventory issue resolutions, and overall Productivity of the department.

* Liaise with all operational and support departments onsite to ensure smooth workflow and maximum synergy across the total site needs.

* Active participation in the site leadership team and quality circle meetings.

Requirements

* Managing and coaching skills.

* Good communication and relationship-building skills in English and Dutch (speaking, reading, and writing).

* Ability to work in a challenging environment and work with changing priorities and deadlines.

* Knowledge of and ability to work with warehouse/logistic systems.

* MS Office (Excel, etc.) – essential for reporting. Quality systems knowledge to a reasonable level.

* Process thinking and ability to translate improvements in actions.

* 2-3 years of warehouse experience in a (supporting) supervisory role.

* Staff planning capability with financial awareness.

* Flexibility of working hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
