About the Role:

CLEVR is seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team in Amersfoort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Lead workshops effectively, engaging participants to gather input that forms the basis of your analysis.
  • Develop technical or process solutions that align with customer needs and think about the customer's roadmap.
  • Proactively offer insights during customer interactions to ensure added value based on our expertise.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the analysis phase, ensuring clear communication and understanding of customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, IT, or a related analytical field.
  • Proven experience in solution analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Able to give a workshop and take the lead in a room of people.
  • Strong understanding of software development, low-code platforms, and application design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer requirements and design appropriate solutions.
  • Fluent in English (both verbally and in writing); proficiency in other languages such as Dutch, German, Norwegian, or Finnish is a plus.
