About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at HZ University of Applied Sciences. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the flow of regional students to HZ by building effective relationships with educational institutions in Zeeland and creating personal contact moments between HZ and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a smooth transition from studying at secondary school and mbo to hbo education at HZ
  • Ensure a high level of stakeholder engagement and positive image building around HZ
  • Be responsible for policy in the field of throughput as part of the broader HZ student recruitment policy
  • Use available data to give well-founded advice to optimize throughput within available budgets
  • Create support for throughput initiatives

About You

  • You are an expert in networking and have a passion for education
  • You enjoy enthusing young people about further study opportunities in various ways, matching their wishes and needs and those of the supplying school and HZ
  • You are the internal liaison to colleagues within the education domains who are concerned with student recruitment and student success

The Team

The team is part of the Marketing, Communications, Community & Internationalization department and consists of a variety of colleagues. You will work closely with them to achieve your goals.

What We Offer

  • A gross monthly salary between € 3.246,85 and €5.170,32 for full-time employment (scale 10 in accordance with CAO HBO)
  • 8.3% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay and possibly a contribution to travel expenses and/or home office allowance
