Job Title: Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager at HZ University of Applied Sciences, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the flow of regional students to our institution. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain effective relationships with educational institutions in Zeeland, ensuring a smooth transition from secondary school and mbo to hbo education at HZ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance relationship management with educational institutions
  • Coordinate with account managers to bring HZ to the attention of focus schools in a targeted manner
  • Meet with domain directors at secondary schools to discuss wishes and needs
  • Draw up memoranda for the Board and Management Team with proposals for sustainable organization of online and offline study choice events
Requirements:
  • Relevant completed bachelor's degree, such as Commercial Economics or strategic marketing
  • 5-10 years of work experience
  • Affinity for education and knowledge of LOB in secondary education and mbo is a plus
What We Offer:
  • One-year appointment with the possibility of renewal based on personal performance and formative space
  • Gross monthly salary between € 3.246,85 and €5.170,32 for full-time employment
  • 8.3% year-end bonus, 8% vacation pay, and possibly a contribution to travel expenses and/or home office allowance
