Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the preparation and coordination of documents, reports, and other materials for our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of documents, reports, and other materials for our clients, including formatting, document versioning control, and archiving.
  • Coordinate the preparation and publication of recurrent and non-recurrent documents, including internal review and approval processes.
  • Perform proofreading, formatting, and editing to ensure documents are structured, written, and formatted in a consistent manner.
  • Produce or modify document templates to ensure compliance with GCDs or DRDs for recurrent documentation.
  • Perform document generation, including flow charts, graphics, and content compilation.
  • Support the coordination and publication of documents prepared by the ESA Executive for the Programme Board.
  • Establish and maintain the archive of documents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of electronic tools and information systems.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and deliver qualitative output.
