About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meeting & Events Supervisor to join our team at Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. As a Meeting & Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all banqueting events, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all banqueting events, including weddings, conferences, and private parties (up to 1500 guests);
  • Contact person for our guests during events, to ensure the event runs smoothly;
  • Manage and train banqueting staff, ensuring they adhere to hotel standards;
  • Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
