Sales Growth Strategist

The position of Sales Growth Strategist will involve driving sales growth through strategic account planning and customer engagement across the Netherlands. This role requires daily travel to visit hospitals, homecare accounts, wholesalers, and other key institutions with occasional overnight stays and travel to the UK.
This Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for scheduling and conducting sales visits, organizing training sessions, product sampling, and attending industry events focused on ostomy and wound care professionals. Developing and presenting sales reports are also essential skills required for this role.
The ideal candidate will meet sales targets by executing strategic sales plans, negotiate and secure hospital contracts, deliver engaging product training sessions and company presentations, and actively participate in hospital procurement processes and public tenders.
