We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to join our team at ASML. As a PMO Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of PMOs, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 4-8 PMOs, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Strategic Direction: Interpret business needs and translate them into actionable team deliverables.
- Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project management maturity.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and team members.
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, combined with 8+ years of experience as a PMO expert in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without hierarchical power. Proven ability to guide, coach, and advise at all organizational levels.
