The Den 's-Hertogenbosch, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is seeking an F&B Attendant to join our team. As a leading hotel operator in Europe, we offer a unique opportunity for career growth and development.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service as an F&B Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests.

You will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This includes:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Ensuring that every guest has a positive experience during their visit.
  • Taking Orders and Serving Food and Beverages: Promptly and accurately taking orders and serving food and beverages to our guests.
  • Cleaning and Organizing the Dining Area: Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain your composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: You will need to have strong attention to detail to ensure that every guest has a positive experience.
