We're seeking a Junior Business Process Analyst to support our SAP Business Process Team in Kerkrade.
The primary responsibility is to provide project, business, and development support to SAP Supply Chain, supporting applications, and working on technology-related projects to facilitate efficient operations and to optimize existing processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support and coordination of support for SAP, Global, and Local applications and systems ensuring a high level of responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Log and manage Tickets for SAP support, Global, and Local applications to remediate disturbances in the day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with Corporate IT on issue resolution.
- Manage SAP Users Requests.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Work with department colleagues to deliver solutions.
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert by providing expertise and support on SAP, Global applications like GLS, MES, as well as Local applications like WM6, PackSize.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing reported problems and working to understand and correct problems as well as recommending workarounds.
- Creating and maintaining all required technical documentation.
- Perform unit and formal testing, communicate testing results to Corporate IT.
- Capture, define, and translate Business requirements.
