Senior Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyze and interpret data to inform inventory management strategies
- Manage and maintain inventory levels to meet service level agreements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Partner with business stakeholders to determine product portfolio and translate decisions into effective inventory strategies
- Perform root cause analysis and initiate corrective action to address inventory discrepancies
- Manage new product launches and transitions to ensure balancing customer and financial expectations
- Identify and manage Value Improvement Projects working with SC functions, Finance and Divisional partners
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a supply chain/demand planning environment
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business or supply chain or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good analytics and system skills
- Good communication skills
- Continuous improvement attitude
- Speaks fluently English
- Executes independently
