Supply Chain Manager

Als Supply Chain Manager bij NRG Office ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van alle Supply Chain processen met betrekking tot omloopsnelheden van voorraden, leverbetrouwbaarheid, transport en contact met leveranciers. Je zorgt voor de juiste aansturing en kan goed schakelen in deze hectische en dynamische omgeving. Als Manager van circa 20 mensen stimuleer, motiveer, coach en begeleid je collega's in hun ontwikkeling. Samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat het gehele proces, van verkooporder tot levering aan de klant, goed verloopt.
Jouw takenpakket- Beheren en bewaken van het Supply Chain proces;
- Verantwoordelijk voor de fysieke distributie (inbound en outbound);
- Verantwoordelijk voor de afdeling Customer Service;
- Personeelsmanagement;
- Rapportage van de operationele bedrijfsvoering;
- Optimalisatie van de Supply Chain processen;
- Leidinggeven aan 1-10 medewerkers direct, 1-15 medewerkers indirect.
Door jouw ervaring in de Supply Chain, weet je goed hoe processen in elkaar zitten en hoe je verbetertrajecten moet aanpakken. Hierbij ben je in staat om de operatie centraal te zetten met oog voor resultaat en kosten. Het geeft je energie om met de ontwikkeling van je team bezig te zijn, continu processen te bewaken en oplossingsgericht te denken.
Wat we van je verwachten- Minimaal HBO+ denk- en werkniveau;
- Minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring in de Supply Chain (Retail is een pré);
- Leidinggevende ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taak goed in woord en geschrift;
- Kennis en ervaring van ERP systemen (SAP ervaring is een pré);
- Eigen bedrijfsopleidingen (HACCP – IFS – GMP zijn pré);
- Ervaring met office 365, in het bijzonder met Excel.
Je komt terecht in een leuke, uitdagende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Om het pakket compleet te maken, mag je het volgende verwachten:
- Een fulltime contract voor 40 uur per week;
- Een goed salaris, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleidingsniveau;
- 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld;
- Reiskostenvergoeding.
