">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our leadership team at HMTX Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our integral HR policy, promoting and supporting our matrix organization.
">Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Professionalizing, developing, and implementing the HR policy within HMTX Global">
- Advising, developing, executing, and supporting all HR processes, including organization design and leadership development, staffing and recruiting, performance and compensation management, employee engagement and retention, organization and talent development, HR operations, and employee relations and compliance">
About You
">We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably in a global organization. You should be able to build rapport with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organization, and quickly adapt to a changing environment.
">You should have:
">- ">
- A completed HRM bachelor's or master's degree">
- Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills">
- Adherence to the strictest code of ethics, respect, trust, and confidentiality">
- Experience in implementing/ managing an HRIS and owning the end-to-end employee life cycle">
- Experience in using metrics and leveraging data for process and quality improvement">
- A good command of the Dutch and English language">
About Our Offer
">We offer a comprehensive onboarding plan, opportunities for challenging projects, and a competitive salary ranging from €68,000 to €90,000 gross per year, plus a performance-based bonus. We also provide 26 days of annual leave per year (based on full-time employment) and regular team outings.
