We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Legal Manager to join our team at IQ-EQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, and maintain a thorough knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework.
  • Manage client relationships, resolving issues directly with clients, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Client Service Director and Directors in the Commercial Department on business development initiatives, increasing client activities, and organic growth of the portfolio.
  • Support, guide, and coach new joiners, and act as a mentor and example, demonstrating our Group Values (Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative).
Requirements
  • Holds a university degree in a relevant field.
  • Background experience in client relationship management, with a strong understanding of the investor services and outsourcing sector.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships across IQ-EQ.
