About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client & Market Development Manager to join our team in Amsterdam, with a future European focus. As a key member of our Client & Market Development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development across our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Amsterdam Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Tax, Pensions and Employment, and Projects Finance practice areas in implementing their commercial strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to serve the needs of existing and new clients, and develop and implement plans to leverage growth potential.
  • Collaborate with lawyers to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leading on the production of bid documents and collaborating with the pricing and graphics teams.
  • Participate in cross-border strategic projects to leverage growth potential in client sectors and practice service lines.
  • Oversee league table and legal directory submissions to raise our external profile.
  • Manage client relationships for one or more major global clients.
About the Team

Our Client & Market Development team is an international team of professionals with diverse backgrounds, working closely together with our Brand, Communication and Marketing specialists.

Requirements
  • Academic degree (bachelor or master)
  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated business development or practice management experience in a professional/financial services or law firm.
  • Strategic business planning, key account planning, and managing complex RFPs experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present confidently.
  • Ability to work across borders and cultures.
  • Fluency in English is required, Dutch language skills would be a plus.
