About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to join our team at SilverDoor Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the corporate serviced apartment market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to deliver exceptional customer service and drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless implementations of new clients and drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies
  • Provide accurate reporting on key metrics and performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the corporate serviced apartment or hotel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
