About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Manager to join our team at SilverDoor Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property partners and clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and drive growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of business development and revenue growth in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of the serviced apartment market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
