We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Client Development in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Client & Market Development function, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and client development for our Amsterdam practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic client development plan to achieve revenue growth and client development objectives for the Amsterdam practice.
- Lead a team of business development professionals to deliver high-quality client development support and services to our clients.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including practice and market specialists, to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to leverage those opportunities.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of competitive proposals and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior management, partners, and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality client development services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional services firm with an international/matrix organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management, partners, and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and client development.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
