Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our Asset & Wealth Management team in The Hague. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Benelux Institutional clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their investment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior level of service to clients, including portfolio reviews, management of client inquiries, and coordination of liquidity needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client interests and investment trends, and use this knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and resources to our clients.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience, including portfolio management, trading, operations, and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our service model and infrastructure, and work on special projects to drive efficiency and scale within the client relationship manager function.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years' experience in asset management or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including ability to organize and track multiple threads of activity, and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and confidence with clients.
  • Fluency in Dutch is required.
