We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Aegon Asset Management. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Master's degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
