About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our Strategy Execution & Implementation team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality execution of complex change projects that drive the bank's strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects and develop project plans to ensure successful execution within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic changes and projects/programs, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in project management and strategic execution, sharing best practices with colleagues.
  • Monitor progress against project timelines, tracking risks and issues, and ensuring effective decision-making.
  • Report project progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a consulting or financial institution environment.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with experience in project/program management.
  • Highly experienced in stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
